While HVJC has been in Yonkers for a little over a year now, we’ve expanded! We’re still residing in 30 South Broadway, but we’re now on the 5th floor in Suite 500. On Nov 20th, we had an Open House celebrating the new space, and had a great turnout. Executive Director Jason Mays, Deputy Director Cynthia Tejeda-Joseph, Litigation Director George Haddad, and Yonkers’ Supervising Attorney Khabirah H. Myers greeted guests and teach attendants of the services Hudson Valley Justice Center provides. New York State Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins stopped by, along with a representative of New York State Senator Shelley Mayer’s office.
